I want him to be smart and thoughtful as he grows up, and I think Ashton Kutcher says it nicely here, according to the author of the artilce. Oddly enough, I missed this one the first time around. Ena Arel offers great tips for doing heuristic evaluations of documentation usability here, and it helps with web design heuristics too. She says she based hers on Nielsen and Molich with some tweaks, but I think her tweaks work well here. This reminds me very much of my first grad school project when I learned how to do heuristic evaluations. Great information here!
