These rules are loosely adapted from IBM’s social networking policy–with an extra dollop of common sense.

All of these make sense to me, and it’s not limited to social media practices as well. Any professional correspondence should be approached this way. Good rules to go by here–they really are about the professional bottom-line and how to brand and present yourself and your company in the best light.
