Wow. My friend Ray Gallon posted this on his blog, and I’m struck at how something that we take for granted so often actually can have a lot of weight. Read this, as well as the posts he hyperlinks within the article. Impactful stories that will make you understand what he truly means in saying that "words are important." Ray’s explanation makes that phrase look like an understatement.
