Thanks to @sharonburton for finding this. As a retired martial artist myself (Black Belt in Taekwondo) who works with content strategy, the title of this article alone intrigued me. It’s a good article that lays it all out, on the best way to have good form and maintain a zen-like attitude in the face of adversity.
